I'm figuring myself out. Its something I've been trying to do for the last several years.

I've been focusing a lot of my energy into my wildlife education job. So, that involved a surprisingly large amount of costume work, as well as a lot of writing and content creation. This all gets brought to life during large educational programs at various places. Im a mascot of sorts, but one that talks. Thats quite a change from what my jobs used to entail.
I know who I am now.
Things and Things
A graphic novel has been in the works for over a year now, picking up from original notes and outlines I'd scribbled and back in 2007. I currently am in the works of outlining Volume 9 in the series and eventually, artwork and layout will start ...mmmm... eventually! But it's a sure thing!
In the meantime, I've been working. I hold four jobs so life has been busy. Just wishing they'd all pay a bit more so expenses like rent would be covered a lot easier.
Maybe one day, i'll get some art up here.

I now have a fox and a wolf character who can actually speak added into my stash of critters I use for one of my many jobs. It's not something I get to do every day, and at the moment, it isn't getting me a lot of income. However, it might down the line. There have been some talks with new contacts, so I guess anything is possible.

Got a part time job at a bakery so that typically means I'm starting my shifts at either 5 or 6am. Tiring but it's not the worst job by any means.
The focus on art lately has been turned more toward the books that I've been hired to write for WEP. That's going slowly because of their packed events schedules and the fact our illustrators tend to say they'll work for us but then don't actually do anything. While I really am not too hurt by this, because yknow, folks have lives and it takes forever to illustrate a whole kids book and its not always fun to put in all this work and not get paid until the book gets published.
